Flow 'n' Go

Mondays @ 7:30PM

Flow and Go is a 45-minute class focused on linking and connecting breathwork with movement, and cultivating positive energy throughout the body allowing stillness in the mind. Through guided asanas this class focuses on mobility and bringing new energy and clarity to your day and week.

This class will provide a natural boost of energy and allow space to explore true purpose and intention. Beginner Friendly.

Yang-Yin

Wednesdays @ 6:30PM

This 60-minute class combined two styles of yoga. This class will include Yin style asanas that will open the body to more flexibility and quiet the mind combined with a Yang practice to energize and strengthen the body. This Yin/Yang practice is focused on finding, restoring and maintaining balance.

This class will end with a short guided meditation to close your practice. Beginner Friendly class. All levels welcome.

“Yin” yoga targets your deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, and joints). Yin is the portion of the practice that focuses on holding specific asanas for an extended period of time.

“Yang” yoga focuses on your muscles. Yang is the “active” portion of the practice that focuses on developing strength and mobility.
